Pony Farm

On May 12, 2005 at 7 PM the Pony Farm at 871 Uniondale Avenue, will be on the Nassau County Planning Commission agenda.

The meeting will be held at Nassau County Legislature building at 1 West Street, Mineola, 5th floor Ralph Caso room.

We your need support to prevent the subdivision of the Pony Farm property. There is a covenant that was signed by the owner and builder that was a trade off. There would be no other homes built on that site which is referred to as Lot 1. On lot 2, four high rise homes were built, 2 on Park Avenue and 2 on Uniondale Avenue. We are now requesting that the covenant that was placed on lot 1 in 1991 be honored.

Another subject. In 1991 Nassu County sold the A. Holly Patterson Home and property, the Nassau University Medical Center plus several clinics to the Nassau Health Care Corporation.

We would like to know if this corporation is a "Not for Profit Public Benefit Corporation" and if if you know, where did you get this information.
